Victor Fries - Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the Victor Fries Discord bot (“the Bot”), operated by Tobechukwu Njoku, trading as Zero-Technologies (“we”, “us”). By using the Bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
1. The service
The Bot sends you notifications from Silo, the Zero-Technologies media server, that you turn on in your Silo settings. It is provided free of charge, on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by Discord’s Terms of Service in your country, and follow Discord’s Community Guidelines.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Bot to break any law or Discord’s rules
- Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Bot or its systems
- Reverse engineer the Bot or use it to collect data about other users
- Use the Bot to harass, spam or impersonate others
4. Availability
We may change, suspend or stop the Bot at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered, accurate or on time.
5. Termination
We may block you from using the Bot if you break these terms. You can stop using the Bot at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Bot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction over any dispute.
